Last year Pumkin Patch Picture!!!

Maddy almost had the same looking cry from last year to this year. What is it with taking a family picture?

Pumkin Patch!!!

We went to the pumpkin patch again this year and what can I say about Madelynn. She was so involved in rearranging the pumpkins that she did not want to take time out to take a picture or go on the hay ride but we made her do it anyway. If you can remember last year she cry ed also when we try ed to take a family picture. Maddy is so independent. Maybe next year will be better. HA that is what we said last year but it was fun anyway. Here is also a picture of Maddy sleeping in her chair in her room. I went to get her up from a nap and found her sleeping in it. That has never happened. We are all doing well and Maddy turned 2 1/2 this week. Wow how time goes by. Mack is doing great in the Police Academy and will soon graduate in December and will be on the streets soon after that. I am just having fun being mommy and supporting my husband in what he loves.

Family in Town!!!

This last weekend some of my family came to Abilene for my Grandma's birthday. It was so nice to see everyone. My brother was also here and was so glad to see Maddy. We just had a great weekend and Labor day. Here are some pictures of Maddy and my family. Maddy had Lot's of fun with her Uncle Lance. He would read to her and bought her ice cream and took her shopping with mom's help got her some learning toys and some fun toys. We will miss you Uncle Lance see you at Christmas. Baby Callie!!!

My best friend Courtney had her little girl Callie on August the 6th Here are some pictures of baby Callie. She is such a sweet and beautiful baby. Maddy just loved holding and kissing her. Maddy will make a great big sister someday.

Play-Doh Time!!!

This was the first time Maddy has played with play doh. We had lots of fun. I think we played for two hours. I is a very messy craft but I think I handled it good. You know me the neat freak. Wow our little girl is growing up. Madelynn is saying so many words and getting long curly hair. Madelynn is almost 2 1/2 this next month. Where has the time gone. As of 3 weeks ago Maddy has left the crib and into the big girl bed. The day we set it up she loved it. We have two twin beds in her room for now thinking if we have another girl someday they can share a room. We got the beds and bedding from my sister-in-law parents from Houston. What a blessing that was to not have to buy beds or bedding. Thank you to Kim's parent's and for John Mack's brother for bringing them to us. Maddy room is a work in progress. We sill have art to buy and some lamps and so on. I hope you enjoy the pictures.
